Recktenwald Chapter 8. questions 22 and 35.

For question 22 determine the condition numbers of the matrices used to obtain the interpolating parabola.

For question 35 repeat the experiments using cond(A,1) and cond(A,inf).

Convert the following binary numbers to decimal

a) 11
b) 101
c) 0.1
d) 0.101

Suppose we are using a floating point number system with Base 2, using a 4 bit mantissa and an exponent in the range -3 .. 4. What are the values for eps, realmin and realmax in this system.
